Premix Switching Order and Delivery Handling to NetSuite
Premix started using NetSuite in late 2019 to manage financial activity, such as invoice handling. This week (May 24th), our order and delivery handling have moved to NetSuite.
The main driver for this change has been to gather all customer-related information into the same system. NetSuite helps us keep track of orders and deliveries, allowing us to serve our customers with up-to-date information.
The most visible changes from a customer perspective are the automatically generated e-mails related to order confirmation and delivery documents. This switch doesn’t have any effect on the terms and conditions of orders.
