Changes in company structure – New Business ID number

Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners,

With the attached news, we want to inform our customers and suppliers of a change that will affect our business information in our customers and suppliers systems. Please note the following changes, which will take effect on 1^st of January 2022.

Premix Oy's New company structure and Business ID number:

Business ID number 3244351-9
VAT number FI32443519

Premix Oy's business, operations, and assets, including all subsidiaries, will be transferred to a new company owned 100% by Premix Oy. The new company will be renamed Premix Oy with Business ID 3244351-9.

Premix Oy invoicing addresses from 1^st of January 2022 onwards are the following:

Premix Oy's business and operations will continue as-is basis in the new company, and the ownership stays 100% among the owner family. The arrangement has no impact on the existing contracts.

All shipments from 1^st of January 2022 onwards will be made with the new Business ID number. The change does not affect our bank accounts, and they will remain the same. The arrangement has no impact on our operations or employees. Your contact persons will be the same as before.
