Changes in Premix management

We are pleased to announce the following updates in Premix Group management:

• Jaakko Aho has been appointed Managing Director, effective January 1, 2025.
• Hanna Ristola, will transfer from the role of Managing Director to Chair of the Board, effective January 1, 2025.
• Ville Huhdanpää has started as Sales and Marketing Director, succeeding Jaakko, effective November 1, 2024.
• Kalle Reponen, the former Chair of the Board, will continue as a member of the Board.

I extend special thanks to Kalle Reponen, whose remarkable eight-year tenure as Chair of the Board has greatly boosted our success. His guidance and inspiration have been invaluable. I am delighted that Kalle will remain on the Board, ensuring seamless transition and continued stability as I take on new and exciting role as Chair of the Board.

With Jaakko’s extensive international experience and the drive he has demonstrated as Executive Vice President of Sales, Jaakko has earned the trust and confidence of the Board, management, and our personnel. I am confident in his ability and energy to fuel our growth and internationalization efforts, building on the strong foundation we have established.

I’m excited to have Ville as Jaakko’s successor. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience to Premix management team and has a proven track record in building sustainable growth by serving global customers.
