​The aging population and lifestyle diseases, increased interest in well-being, measuring it, tightening legislation and industry standards, centralization of diagnostics in large laboratories, increasing in-home testing and remote diagnostics, as well as chemical and mechanical recycling, are all very interesting and relevant trends for us and our customers in the healthcare market segment.​​

​Already now, we offer a wide assortment of materials to healthcare applications, such as robotic pipette tips, pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery devices, ECG electrodes, and electrostatic control in healthcare facilities. Our goal is to create new sustainable ways of working side by side with the industry’s torchbearers - whether it involves functional polymer-based materials with a lower carbon footprint or new innovations within recycling and circularity.​

Segment description ​

The energy value chain covers parties from energy production to the supply of energy to customers or consumers. For the segment’s key parties, such as grid owners and infrastructure component suppliers, we want to be the most preferred partner in the market in cables, charging equipment, electrical fixtures, and energy storage.​​

​​The energy segment will be guided in the near future by being local, ease of cooperation, centralization of procurement, and tightening sustainability requirements. Net sales in the segment will grow globally due to the transformation of energy production and the poor condition of the infrastructure. ​​

​​Premix’s uniqueness is based on its unique offering of functional plastics and the future carbon negativity of the products. We agilely adopt the role desired by the customer in the value chain as a tolling partner and as a provider of turnkey solutions, expanding our offering of material solutions for applications such as cables, batteries, energy storage, EMI protection, and fuel handling.​

Segment description ​

In the material handling value chain, supply chain management plays a key role, aiming for added value with the minimum total costs (e.g., automotive, electronics, and defense industry). For the segment’s key parties, we want to be the most preferred partner in the market in Europe and the USA, as well as a thought leader in developing sustainable circular material flows and services.​​

​The segment is guided by tightening sustainability requirements, co-development with end customers, and reusability of materials. Net sales in the segment will grow globally due to local value chains becoming more common, increasing the use of electronics, and the need for ESD. ​​

​Premix’s uniqueness is based on agile business, low-carbon solutions, and decreased wastage of customers with a closed loop. Our current material offering covers applications such as sheets, boxes and pallets, canisters, foams, films, and filaments.​
